2 YEAR Unlimited Kilometre *Conditional Warranty
Hunter Motorcycle Group Pty Ltd warrant that each new unit sold & pre-delivered by any authorised Hunter Motorcycle Dealer, will be free from manufacturing defects and faults in materials in normal service for a period of Twelve (12) Months parts and labour, then *parts only for 2nd year from date of purchase, (commercial warranty - for commercial / rental / hire use sixty [60] days or 4,000 klm) with the exception of items listed under "Exclusions", this warranty is not limited to kilometres travelled within aforementioned terms under the following conditions and exclusions.

CONDITIONS

This warranty covers units which have been operated in accordance with normal use and which have not been subject to any - misuse, abuse, neglect, accident damage, improper installation, improper maintenance, alteration, or any tampering or changing of non-standard manufacturers parts on motorcycle causing warranty to become null and void.

Our obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to the parts replacement, at an authorized Hunter Motorcycle Dealer designated by us, of such part or parts, warranty will be honoured as inspection shall be assessed upon dealer return by Hunter Motorcycle Group, inspected, assesed and disclosed to have been defective by Hunter Motorcycle Group. Warranty will cover the supply of parts and Hunter Motorcyle *dealer labour rate for 1 (one) year. Hunter Motorcycle Group Pty Ltd will retain any part/s replaced under warranty and deemed to be the owner of said defective part/s once replaced under warranty.

All other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly disclaimed in their entirety, nor is anyone authorized to make any on our behalf.

EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not apply to defects caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, casualty, road damage or unreasonable use, including faulty repairs by others and/or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance., nor does this warranty cover any defects caused by racing, natural or man-made disasters, war, or theft.

The following items are not covered by this warranty :-

* Costs associated with the pick-up and delivery of the product and/or warranty parts.
* Any after market accessories that are installed on the motorcycle are not warranted by us, these are subject to the warranties, if any of their respective manufacturers.
* Batteries are covered for a period of 90 days from sale; most other electrical components and wiring, one year from date of sale.
* Normal wear parts are defined as but not limited to :- tyres, plastic panels, chains, brake pads, clutch friction plates, cables, radiator hoses, impeller, seat coverings, steering lock, air filter, fuel filter, oil filter, inner tubes, mirrors, hand or foot grips rubbers, spark plugs or any light bulbs.

We shall not be held liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages to property, vehicle pickup or delivery, a person/s or loss of income of any kind, including but not limited to labour costs or transportation charges in connection with the replacement or repair of defective parts.

This warranty does not cover normal maintenance items such as lubricants, filters, tune-ups, spark plugs or adjustments. This warranty does not cover normal deterioration of the exterior finish due to use or exposure to the elements.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Hunter Motorcycle Group Pty Ltd will cover all parts not excluded above under warranty for products under normal use.

TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
Buyer must bring the unit and proof of purchase to an authorized Hunter Motorcycle dealer. Warranty will only be honoured with buyer's proof of record that mandatory "First break-in service & inspection" as outlined in proof of purchase was performed by an authorized Hunter Motorcycle Dealer.

Motorcycle riding can be dangerous, we advise wearing safety equipment, helmet, protective clothing, such as footwear, eye protection and gloves designed for motorcycle use. Before riding your motorcycle, it is riders responsibility to check all lighting, braking equipment, all fastners, chain adjustments before road use.
